Welcome to EcoWeek 2010.
EcoWeek 2010 is a Keys-wide celebration which will take place from November 1 – 7, 2010.
The Florida Keys is a chain of unique and fragile islands. EcoWeek starts Keys wide on Oct. 31-with HallowGreen parties. The weeklong keys wide event runs to Nov. 7th in the Upper Keys, the Middle Keys and the Lower Keys/Key West. There will be plenty to see and do through out the green week!
During this inaugural event we will be celebrating healthy living, a healthy planet, and peaceable and sustainable communities.
The Mission of EcoWeek 2010 is to educate and celebrate environmental preservation.Our core purpose is to promote sustainable eco-tourism, to enhance our local economy in an environmentally responsible way, and attract ecologically and socially conscious individuals to the Keys.

Why EcoWeek?
The Florida Keys have many unique aspects, one of which is that we are a long chain of islands spanning over 105 miles! The environment is the one thing that unites our communities together as it is our lifeline.
